As part of WWIB Week, join the 22s, WWIB, and the Work/Life Integration Project for a free talk with Josh Levs, author of "All In: How Our Work-First Culture Fails Dads, Families, and Businesses – And How We Can Fix It Together."
Josh is a Yale grad and well-known CNN journalist. When his third child was born prematurely he needed time off work to care for his newborn, his wife, and his other children. Time Warner, his employer, had a generous parental leave policy for biological mothers and both parents of adopting children, but not for biological fathers. As a result, he sued, made headlines, and ultimately helped catalyze a change in the company’s policy. Thus the seeds for his well-researched book were sown.
